Presented weekly FP&A updates to senior leaders. • Forecast Accuracy improvement initiatives led to improvement in accuracy from 35% in September-2022 to 83% in July-2023. • Collaborated cross-functionally to design a Scorecard visualization that every leader in the Tower division now uses to drive production. This dashboard acts as the central report for Crown Castle’s top program performance metric: Baseline Forecast Accuracy.

Collaborated with VPs of each business line to develop the critical path, resource and scaling strategy, cost structure, baseline project schedule, and accountability structure for the DISH 5G Deployment. • This program delivered 10,000 new colocations in 18 months, worth over $2M in monthly recurring revenue. Historically, the highest number of colocations ever completed in a year was 800. • The PMI Planning methodology used set the standard for all customer programs going forward. Documentation set the standard for future Planning efforts

Concurrently responsible for leading Project Managers in project delivery for a specific market segment. • Created workload model for new product offering that informed a scaling strategy based on future work projections, time-per-task metrics, and financial constraints. This model was adopted nationally. • Developed Project Manager to become the national leader in delivery, recognized in writing by the customer EVP to Crown Castle Senior Leadership.

Owned regional customer relationship and responsible for on-time delivery and Gross P&L of $4M. Developed customer reports used to track milestone completions and forecast accuracy. • Created pricing program to alleviate capital risk for our customers. By spreading the cost of high-dollar projects across an entire program, Crown Castle secured 10M in purchase orders and executed agreements earning 400k in monthly recurring revenue. • Negotiated a 20% decrease in cost, in exchange for volume commitments, with a key Crown Castle vendor, saving $200k in 2017 and providing favorable pricing for other project teams going forward
