I also work alongside the team with clients, helping to encourage independence and help them cope when they get their illness. Previously I worked in care settings, being able to support people who are at risk, as well as those who have various health conditions like dementia. This experience gave me skills to meet patients needs, including being able to assess their needs and then plan a treatment plan accordingly. My main aim is to be able to provide my clients with assistance and care while working in this setting
