Responsible for overseeing the daily operations including ordering, marketing, and sales

Directly interface with the General Contractor and Site Foreman on daily basis.Daily use of GPS and standard survey software.Responsible for all civil layouts on multiple jobs concurrently.Manipulation of AutoCAD drawings for Staking Plans to establish control, clearing limits, grading, road layout, site utilities, and building pads.Generate and interpret topography maps throughout the grading process.Ability to determine dirt and rock quantities as well as take-off work.Instrumental in re-engineering site plans based on conditions during construction process.
