As I progress through post-grad life from Miami University, I am continuously expanding my knowledge within the business and change management fields. Through continuing my career, I have learned to utilize my professional and life experiences to help pursue my passions including collaborating with and leading others while aiding in the betterment of individuals and society as a whole.Throughout all of my past experiences, I have developed a love of leading and collaborating. The Farmer School of Business and the First Year Integrated Core Program have taught me to lead by example, be hands on, take the leap of faith, and to explore my creativity. My past in volunteerism has taught me to care for others and comprehend/embrace different viewpoints. My work experience has demonstrated the importance of embracing diverse viewpoints, remaining agile and adjusting with client/firm needs, and the importance of remaining true to myself.One of the most important aspects in life is making a difference. Whether that be personally or professionally, it is important to take risks, care for others, and always be kind.
