Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 632 affordable housing units, 26 properties in total, located in seven different counties in both Washington and Oregon, all of which have multiple layers of funding including: HUD, RD, Tax Credit, HOME, and CTEDs. Provide direct supervision to 16 on-site staff to include but not limited to: leadership, mentoring, training, and overall oversight. Ensure properties are performing financially, conduct annual budget revisions, and provide for asset management. Create and foster positive and responsive client relationships with the owners, investors, and regulatory agencies. Ensure residents have access to safe, sustainable, and affordable housing.In April of 2019, I became the Director of Compliance, in addition to my current role. In this new role, I oversee a team of compliance specialists, ensuring that all file reviews are conducted in accordance with program requirements.

Under the direct supervision of the senior property manager, responsible for managing Sand Point Properties, 150 multi-family units, located in Seattle, WA, a complex set of properties, which contain both transitional and permanent housing, in a program rich environment. Provide direct supervision to an assistant property manager and a maintenance team of three to include but not limited to: leadership, mentoring, training, and overall oversight. Responsible for managing the Housing Choice Voucher program on-site, working closely with Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) the administrator of the program.

Responsible for managing Cascade Apartments in Granite Falls, WA and providing management support to two different portfolios, about 800 units, located within Snohomish and King Counties. Responsible for two separate tax credit lease ups, 120 units total.

Responsible for training new managers, to ensure they have a working knowledge of affordable compliance, company policies and procedures.

Responsible for managing Fjord Manor, Fjord Vista II, and Windsong Apartments in Poulsbo, WA, 90 RD/Tax Credit units. Provide direct supervision to maintenance staff.

Responsible for managing and maintaining Evergreen and Rainbow Park Apartments, in McCleary, WA, 58 RD units.

Responsible for progress tracking of all current projects, scheduling of regular maintenance and work first of team members, calculated cost and labor performance and on occasion managed timekeeping for all members of the team.

During Annual Training 2008 at Yakima Training Center was the RETRANS NCOIC in support of 81st Brigade’s deployment to Iraq. During this exercise, I was responsible for directly supervising a team of twelve soldiers.

Deployed to Iraq where NCO duties included shift supervisor for communications missions, planned area survivability operations, and supervised tower and interior security missions. Provided direct supervision for a team of two soldiers to include mentoring, training, and ensure reliable communications for units in the area of operations.

Deployed to Iraq where duties included radio communication missions, NCO duties as the company CBRN NCO, and tower and interior security missions.

Primary duty was to provide technical support for students, faculty, and guests in the on-campus computer lab. -Responsible for 50+ computer systems, associated hardware and software, provided maintenance and ghosting services. -Provided support for the computer lab network as well as the printer server.
