A strong and independent worker with the natural ability to lead. I have over three years working with Live Nation as an event staff and lead of VIP sales. My team and I were the first employees of the venue that patrons interacted with and with that in mind, I knew I had to make a great impression for each person I talked to. I led a team of five to fifteen, depending on the venue, for every event as we would sell VIP experiences to the general crowd on POS systems. I am quick to learn and have the ability to train others in a short amount of time. Currently, I work at a dog boarding facility and have gained a new sense of autonomy while on the job. A lot of what I do during the day is have multiple tasks and go through them independently with little to no help. I am familiar with having a full team as well as working on my own.
