• Managed all facets within a state of the art private country club in a multi-million-dollar athletic facility with over 1,200 members, averaging $40,000 a month in personal training and group exercise programs. This club was one of the top producing clubs in tri state area in fitness revenue over expense.• Supervised a staff of employees, which includes: trainers, group exercise instructors, massage therapists, aqua exercise instructors, and other employees within the fitness facility • Designed training programs for people of all ages and fitness levels, from young athletes to mature adults with emphasis on golf and tennis specific fitness.• Assisted and mentored fitness staff to exhibit high level innovative training with their clients and members.

• Hands on manager of two full service state of the art recreational, fitness and aquatic centers• Supervised 30 plus employees and responsibilities included: budget, staffing, coaching, and long range planning.• In 1997, helped to coordinate the $7 million renovation of the Uptown JCC fitness department.• In 2002, organized the $9 million new construction of the Metairie JCC fitness facility, including facility design, equipment selection, and program planning. • Established one-on-one personalized training program in the 1997, which had over 300 participants with gross revenue of approx. $300,000 annually. • Created a nationally award winning JCC “Teen Fitness Club,” which was a fitness and self-esteem program for teenagers ranging between the ages of 12 to 15.Uptown New Orleans: accommodates between 225 – 300 patrons daily, 5000 memberships annually, that includes a 3300 sq. ft. fitness center, 800 sq. ft circuit training room, 2800 sq. ft. aerobic studio, men’s and women’s full service spas, basketball and volleyball gymnasiums, plus an outdoor aquatic center and athletic backfields. Metairie, LA: accommodates between 75 – 175 patrons daily, 3000 sq.ft. Fitness center, indoor walking running track, 2000 sq. ft. cardiovascular area, family locker rooms, plus an outdoor aquatic center and athletic fields.

• Managed a 60,000 sq.ft. corporate fitness center, as well as supervised a fitness staff of 23 and a membership staff of 4. • Was responsible for all components of the fitness, aerobic and spa activity, plus reaching the monthly sales expectations of 200 new members, which translated into 10,000 members annually• Developed a Membership 101 guideline, which explained how to sell health club/fitness center memberships, which was instrumental in enhancing the sales of corporate and individual memberships.

• Managed all facets of a 4,000 sq. ft. fitness center with a 500-700 membership base.
