Facilitate the education of traditional and non-traditional undergraduate students in the field of Criminal Justice. I develop and deliver courses in the areas of: Criminal Law (1 and 2), Procedural Law (1 and 2), Criminal Investigations, Corrections and Criminology. I am also working to expand my programs distance learning offerings.In addition of my course load, I advise students, co-advise the Criminal Justice Club, serve as a member of the Student Success Council, patricipate in the MA Statewide Criminal Justice Educators Committee, and work with the Law Enforcement Advisory Committee.As always,I continue working to develop and institute student initiatives and workshops to expand the college experience beyond the classroom and create more of a college community.

Springfield Technical Community College

Development and delivery of courses, for the areas of police-community interaction, policing, and terrorism, for both on-campus and on-line education.Completed a 12-week training course in the Pedagogy of Online Course Development and Delivery. In which was taught the best practices of online course development and delivery techniques for the Blackboard learning environment.Helped to develop and institute student initiatives and workshops to expand the college experience beyond the classroom and create more of a college community.

TAPA TCE for Jail Diversion Programs Initiative: As the National Evaluator, worked as part of a team on the management of and reporting on cross-site data collection, submission, coding and tracking. Developing materials for and trained field interviewers on cross-site instruments. Community Connections Options Plus Evaluation: Participated as a provider of technical assistance and evaluator for a study of homeless individuals with mental illness, commonly including co-occurring disorders, funded by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.Montana Statewide Mental Health Needs Assessment: Participated in a state funded assessment of the mental health needs of the state of Montana. Worked specifically to determine the mental health needs of those under the supervision of the Montana Department of Correction. Advised the state as to need and areas of possible service improvements.

Field Organizer for Aroostook and Penobscot counties in Maine. This consisted largely of coalition building between my organization and various social and political institutions. These institutions included city councils, members of the state legislature, unions, and veteran's groups.

Analysis of New York City social service availability for Rikers Island parolees.

Assisted on a variety of Criminal Justice related research projects. Provided data analysis, evaluation, and geo-coding support to senior researchers.

Assisted on a variety of Law and Criminal Justice related research work. Provided data analysis and evaluation support to Jeffrey Fagan.
