Assisted in the development and kick-off of the Premier Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Collaborative. Supported members through assisting with workgroups, and managing communications, and other project management tasks for both the Readiness and Implementation Collaboratives. Worked with national thought-leaders, including Dr. Rick Gilfillan and Lynne Rothney-Kozlak, to develop the Capabilities Framework, which served as the foundation of the Collaborative. In addition, assisted in the development of content and straw models for the Collaborative. • Managed communications to Collaborative members, including the development of a bi-weekly and monthly newsletter• Managed the Readiness Education and Execution Learning Series, including the development of content, speakers, and operations. • Served as a Junior Assessor on over 20 ACO Readiness assessments• Served as workgroup lead for the Public Policy and Communications, Legal Support, Payor Partnership, ACO Leadership, and Health Home workgroups, and the ACO Pioneer Model cohort • Assisted in the development and updating of the Capabilities Framework. • Assisted in planning and implementing 5 face-to-face meetings, with over 130 member participants. • Managed a vendor vetting process, to provide discounts on services for the Collaborative members. • Served as the main contact for communications with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) and planned several meetings to allow for the interface of members with CMMI. • Assisted in the planning and implementation of the plan to kick-off the Implementation and Readiness Collaboratives. • Served as Project Manager for consulting engagement with Memorial Health System. • Received Premier Vision Award for Advocacy, Values Award for ACO Launch Team, Values Award for Health Reform Response Team, and Received Premier Consulting Solutions Values award for ACO Launch team.
