I lead a team of claims representative who adjust the mitigation costs on water losses for homeowners claims throughout the Western United States. Each member of the team manages the water mitigation portion of the claim and assures that the home is dried to industry IICRC industry standards, and the mitigation vendor is billing the appropriate amount for the work performed. The team also works with a network of flooring vendors to give our insureds a reputable option to repair their floors after experiencing a claim loss. Collaborating with my team to assure that mitigation and flooring repairs are being estimated appropriately while adhering to the highest customer service standards are critical to the teams success.

I Investigate and resolve homeowners claims with policyholders throughout the United States. Manage the claims process from start to finish maintaining the highest level of customer service. Trained in a variety of claim cause of loss scenarios; including fire, water, lightning, wind, loss of use, and others. Create estimates for covered damages using the industry standard Xactimate estimating system. I assist the Catastrophe Response field operations by providing customer service to insureds and reviewing repair estimates with the insureds contractors prior to repairs.

Responsible for the review of Auto Property Damage claims for policy holders throughout the United States. After liability has been determined, I am entirely responsible for the claim until repairs have been completed. I successfully manage multiple claim assignments per day. I make first contact to the client to explain the review process, write an estimate of damages with an auto estimating system, contact shops to review damages, make a settlement call, and issue the final estimate with payment so that they may proceed with repairs. Rental reservations and payments along with any questions during the repair process are directed to me as well. Following state guidelines and sending regulatory letters is my responsibility and is audited both internally and by the Department of Insurance. Accuracy and customer service are top priority in this position. I have learned efficiency and accuracy in this fast paced, high intensity environment.

Accountable for the progress and health of the Boy Scouts of America organization in a three county geographical territory. Particularly graded on the ability to accrue youth membership, funds, and the adult leadership that is necessary to run a successful organization. Responsible for organizing and managing the district’s annual fundraising campaign. Met monthly membership benchmarks and yearly quotas for youth registered in the program. I was responsible for organizing the sale dates, training's, and distribution sites for the 110 units that participated in the sale. I also set product pricing and solicited advertising.

Created liquor orders for each week based on inventory and incoming guests projections. Managed liquor, and labor costs to ensure budget goals were met.
