In my role as a Guest Services Associate, I served as the primary point of contact for both hotel guests and beach club members, attending to their every need. As the first face that hotel guests see upon arrival, I was responsible for setting the tone of their stay.My duties extended beyond just welcoming them. I played a critical role as a facilitator, working diligently to guarantee the success of their visit. This involved coordinating events, as well as ensuring they had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. My overarching goal was to create an exceptional experience for each guest, resulting in lasting impressions and memorable stays.

My journey with this camp began when I was in preschool and evolved over time, leading me from being a camper to a Counselor-in-Training (CIT), and eventually, a counselor. My responsibilities included overseeing a group of 20 to 30 children, engaging with them in various activities, and most importantly, ensuring their safety.Additionally, I was interestingly also the camp mascot. Dressed in a friendly bear costume, I greeted the children each morning. This role allowed me to contribute to the awesome camp atmosphere and create an unforgettable experience for the young campers.
