As founder of the Gladden Group, I bring over two decades of experience in marketing, leadership, sales, and business development. My career began in direct sales, where I quickly moved into leadership roles. With my unique blend of experience, I took a position where I spearheaded major rebranding and marketing initiatives at Meridian Adhesives Group. As the former marketing head of their flooring division, I rebranded flagship companies and led a team of professionals to new heights in marketing excellence.In 2024, I established the Gladden Group, a full-service marketing, consulting and branding agency dedicated to revolutionizing the way brands connect with their customers. Our agency thrives on honesty, integrity, and transparency, ensuring that every strategy implemented maximizes client investment.Aside from work, I enjoy being an active promoter and supporter of my community, as well as our world. I am grateful to have the ability to make a difference in others lives, and one of the ways I give back is through pro bono work with non-profits. I am a consultant with the CHATT Foundation, where I was able to lead them through a complete rebrand, as well as impact their fundraising strategy. Their work with helping and advancing the homeless community in Chattanooga, TN is beyond words, and I was honored to be recognized as their 2023 "Volunteer of the Year". I am also the marketing director for Ourganda, as well as and active board member and chairperson of their marketing committee. Ourganda performs life-changing work in Uganda through focusing on creating ideal villages where everyone is safe, healthy and happy. They are committed to ending domestic violence, extreme poverty, unnecessary death, forced marriage, and substance abuse. Learning, both through reading and through meaningful conversation are something I am very passionate about. Toward this end, I started and lead two different weekly groups focused on leadership, mentorship, and personal growth that meet every Monday and Wednesday.During my free-time, if I am not drinking coffee and talking to someone, I love getting outside and being active. Hiking is one of my favorite ways to unwind and clear my mind, and I love traveling to new places and exploring. Among my highlights was hiking the entire Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim (all 46 miles of it) in one day.
