-Helped develop and implement a programmatic polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) site closure guideline document for a large utility provider for the following states; NC, SC, FL, IN, KY, OH.-Manages a transactional due diligence program across NC, SC, TN, and FL while also identifying emergent concerns with PFAS as an assessment criteria.-Manages soil investigations and remediation at numerous substations in NC and SC to facilitate closure in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Developed field sampling and abatement plans, managed budgetary needs, managed subcontractors and field staff, and documentation of results in closure reports.-Assisted with the design and implementation of groundwater remediation systems at active coal combustion residual (CCR) facilities in North Carolina.-Assisted with the design and implementation of a chlorinated solvent plume assessment, characterization, and remediation for a industrial glass manufacturer in TN.
