The main role in this position was to host guests at the arcade while they play a variety of games in virtual reality, ensuring they were not lost or unsure how to play while also taking care of any technical difficulties that may arise.- Provide excellent customer service to guests looking to participate in VR- Follow proper cleaning procedures in between uses of VR equipment- Follow proper cleaning procedures in other aspects of the business (general upkeep)- Acquire and leverage knowledge of different VR systems to improve the service provided- Quick problem solving when handling technical issues that arise (game glitches, equipment glitches, etc)- Work within a small team to provide a smooth experience for all guests within the arcade, not just the ones I am charged with

Operated a number of different automated machines to contribute to ballistic safety products, such as bullet resistant vests, unloading cans, resistant blankets, etc. Contributions at this location were vast, including:- Working within a large team to create ballistic safety equipment to standard in a timely manner- Operating a number of different machines to create and attach different components to bullet-resistant vests- Testing ballistic materials (waterproof tests) and securing them in vests- Material control (i.e. measuring appropriate materials to be cut, recording measurements to track usage)- Quality assurance (inspecting completed vests and various components to ensure they are to standard)
