In the Executive Development Program, I have rotated through Strategy, Store Ops, Merchandising, and now Tech, acting with product management teams throughout. I started by spending 6 months in Strategy, working on a variety of projects including starting up DICK'S first ever outdoor gear rentals program and launching a trial of mobile checkout in over 300 stores. For my 2nd rotation, I spent 8 months helping to open and work at the new House of Sport banner in Rochester NY. I acted as the company's first ever Test & Learn manager, helping the organization understand what features and practices within the new banner were working or not working. To revolutionize our testing capabilities, I championed the installation of an in-store analytics solution. I then spent 5 months working in our Fitness merchandising team, getting to know how buying, planning, allocations, and replenishment all work together to ensure the right products are in stock. I also revamped DICK'S approach to delivery, installation, and assembly services for large packages.I am currently working as a PM on the Tech Innovation team, focusing on innovating in our stores.

Co-led the 2019 Sloan Retail Conference, leading a ~30 person Sloan team to organize a conference for ~350 attendees. I was selected to be an innagural Core Fellow where I helped mentor and guide 1st year MBAs. In my first year, I organized the Hackathon for the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and spearheaded the social media marketing for the 2018 Retail Conference.
