Served as the Deputy Branch Chief and senior visual information training developer for the Cyber Center of Excellence Noncommisioned Officer Academy for the professional military education of the U.S. Army's visual information (VI) and public affairs (PA) enlisted military occupational specialties to further develop leader attributes and competencies of today's agile leaders. Directly responsible for the administrative oversight and education of over 200 leaders across the VI and PA career fields. Supervised daily professional development, discipline, safety, morale, medical, and operational readiness of 13 direct reports, and increased unit cohesion despite the COVID-19 environment through continuous risk mitigation and team planning. Managed direct facility maintenance, records management, and supply discipline to ensure ongoing continuity of current and future business rules and procedures. At my best I utilized my experience of working with installation support elements, to save the Academy upwards of $20k in office furniture while I simultaneously organized the unit's movement to another location. The highlight of my time there was the beyond exceptional team I worked with. They motivated me to continue improving my leadership attributes through the ownership of their sections and the mission/tasks I disseminated down to them.

Volunteered to serve as one of the faces of the US Army being coined for outstanding leadership as the class leader. While I continued developing my Army Story, I used my experiences and the motivational drive gained internally and through great leadership to provide a solid path to the Army's assessment goals. My focus was to deliver the Army's message and do my part to encourage anyone with the potential to take my place as they rise as leaders. My best experiences were creating an atmosphere of personal and professional growth while preparing them to enter basic combat training. Which lead to a 100% future soldier reporting rate for three consecutive quarters, and the top future soldier program among five recruiting companies. My highlight as a recruiter was an applicant I had previously disqualified due to educational requirements at the time, who sought me out a year later just to successfully enlist in the Army.
