I strive for an environment that will continually provide challenges and growth opportunities. I have learned much in my positions in manufacturing in regards to supply chain, inventory management, production control, leadership/facilitation, and lean manufacturing. I welcome an environment where obstacles exist that require me to expand upon my current skill set and create lasting solutions for a manufacturing supply chain organization.Throughout my career in supply chain and operations management, I have gained experience in implementing Lean Principles in a manufacturing environment. My experiences in driving change in a facility where change is difficult have been very rewarding. Working through a team of shop floor associates doubts and reluctance to implement new ideas and change only to see them react positively to new concepts once they have been in use has been an irreplaceable experience and given me confidence that I can continue to make improvements and think outside the box in any given challenge.
