My time in the engineering design world with both Agilis Engineering and Zoetis has taught me a great deal about product design, design for manufacturing, and general project management. My strong automated manufacturing background and skills with computational programs like minitab and Microsoft excel have given me a unique perspective on engineering design that has helped me tremendously when working on cross functioning teams with other engineers.During my previous manufacturing experience at Becton Dickinson and Company I spent much of my time at work troubleshooting and improving mechanical systems hands on with my mechanical and problem solving skills. I developed these skills over the years during my childhood helping my father work on classic cars and building my own. While I feel very confident in my mechanical aptitude along side my other skills, I sleep great care to always listen to and learn from the seasoned engineers I am exposed to in my daily life.In my time in college and the workplace I have built a strong knowledge base in multiple useful softwares including: Solidworks, NX, PTC Creo, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
