I have over seven years of experience in various roles at Fred Meyer, from grocery clerk to assistant produce manager, where I learned about business structure and managerial procedure.In my current role, I oversee the daily operations of the produce department, including inventory management, product ordering, quality control, merchandising, and labor management. I use metrics and statistical analysis to make data-driven decisions and improve efficiency and profitability. I also leverage my psychological observation and customer service management skills to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior, and create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
