Seth’s professional practice has focused on labor law, labor relations, and civil service law for nearly 25 years, representing public sector employers in nearly all fields, such as construction, medical, education, mass transit, law enforcement, public works, and parks & recreation. He has extensive experience with contract and disciplinary arbitration, administrative trials and hearings, improper/unfair labor practices, unit representation petitions, pre-arbitration steps, collective bargaining, employee investigations, Civil Service Law, drug and alcohol testing, chronic/excessive absenteeism, and pre-arbitration grievance steps. Recently, Seth expanded his practice into the railroad industry where he has learned to apply his experiences to the Railway Labor Act. In 2012, Seth was elected as a Trustee/Board Member for the Oceanside Union Free School District No. 11, in New York. The School District employs a staff of over 600 people for its mission to educate over 6,000 students.Seth has also been very involved with volunteering his time with Kiwanis International over the past 15 years.
