Over 7 years at this company, Seth worked on a number of strategic projects, culminating in the role of Service Delivery manger for Ogilvy & Mather. Since moving to Australia in 2014 he has been employed by NBN Co, initially in an IT business analyst role, and currently in an IT Operations Lead capacity, reviewing and implementing processes, for applications used in the national broadband rollout. Managing AS&M teams, monitoring and reviewing support tickets and requests to ensure SLAs are met and conducting weekly reviews with business stakeholders.Currently Seth is Operations Lead for Oracle Primavera, Schedule Import Manager, Benchmark Estimating and E.L.M.S. (Enterprise Location Management Systems) spanning scheduleing, estimating and location management.
