As Program Coordinator my primary duties include writing educational goals to teach desired life skills to individuals of all ages who experience a wide variety of intellectual and physical impairments. I then recruit and train support personnel to assist individuals in learning said goals. From there I then monitor their data for state and federal regulation compliance. I also assist with trouble shooting barriers and crisis intervention. Currently my duties include creation of ongoing training and company policy.
