Initially starting the role in the Midlands to which I was then promoted to the London region. Responsible for the compliance management of over 80 stores, focusing on administration, stock management and fraudulent activity both internally and externally. Alongside this assisting also with regular compliance visits, support and training of teams. During the latter part of the role I also led a very big company wide investigation involving a large number of stores and team members, working with the fraud investigations team I was able to learn the basic skills around PACE interviews which assisted me to become a very capable investigator.
