Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Coordinating the implementation of projects, programs and activities of DTL such as Diversity & Inclusion, Youth Economic Empowerment, and Education & Health Programs. • Development of project proposals/concept notes for the overall implementation of particular projects• Engaging with stakeholders involved in the programs.Events Management Roles:• Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success• Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence• Be in charge of hiring personnel and service providers• Coordinate all operations• Lead promotional activities for the event• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, etc.)• Approve all aspects before the day of the event• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
