I have taken on a new role, as a media producer with a strong emphasis in program development and management, vendor management, localization, and content distribution. I am still learning the scope of the role and various responsibilities, but I am very excited to be moving in this new direction.

With over a decade of experience in project management, media production, product management, and design, it was time to take the leap and start my own brand. Catchnine Media Group is my latest adventure. My goal is to create a all inclusive digital content creation solution, leveraging a talent pool that exists outside of geographic barriers. Bringing together the best talent and solid management to offer innovative solutions to an increasingly demanding industry. My goal is to build a multimedia company with a co-op structure, leveraging great talents around the globe and providing only the best quality product, but without the high quality price tag. I am seeking to serve multiple markets, including; video production, 3d design and visualization, motion graphics and graphic design, instructional design, and everything in between. Multimedia is my passion and I have set a very high bar for myself, and what I seek to accomplish. I am reaching out to other creatives, and looking to produce work that we can all be truly proud of.

After the department re-org, I was converted to an instructional media designer, where I;- Created eLearning modules- Worked with lead instructors to develop media content for classroom presentations- Created media assets for groups within the company, including training videos and general use video presentations.- I supported the technical product education team with hardware and software support as well as multimedia production.- I project managed several team projects, as well as took the lead on several individual projects.

- Identify departmental multimedia needs and support content creation and archival process- Training content identification, development, and management- Video production project management, as well PM support for various core team objectives.- Product management support within Agile database; supporting BOM and traveler creation and revisement- Creation of audio, video, photo, 3d, and 2d graphics for various departments within the company- Creation of online and offline training modules utilizing interactive feedback structure as well as linear flowDaily use of the Adobe Creative Suite, with focus in video production and technical documentation development methods. Use of professional grade photo/video equipment, as well as development of new technology processes and standards. Took on the management of all multimedia assets (approximately 150 interactive videos), and developed an additional 150 videos. Took on the task of developing a hybrid (video and written) manufacturing process instruction, and then deployed it across several manufacturing lines. Manage the purchase and tracking of department equipment, including the purchase of iMacs for the development of eBooks for use in an offline training program.

- Develop written and video based work instructions for complex assembly procedures- Integration of 3d animation for use in failure analysis training- Developed best practice standards for file / folder management- Setup remote editing capabilities for international counterparts- Work with Engineers, SMEs, and translators to ensure accuracy of process instructions across multiple languagesProduction of video based work instructions for manufacturing team and external suppliers. Use of 3d animation, motion graphics, and video editing to convey complex assembly instructions, as well as best practices and enhanced techniques throughout various areas of the business. Work directly with engineering and training staff to ensure the best process and process documentation is implemented.

- Edit provided footage to create 3 product demo videos- Create motion graphics intros and titles for each video- Refine audio to clean up captured content- Provided production feedback for future product shootsA freelance contract position that required various skills in post-production. Working with assets provided by the project manager and working directly with several key stake holders, I was responsible for producing 3 product testimonial videos that were hosted on the home page of the WD website.

Working through Transvideo studios I and our team of production and post-production specialists produced videos daily ranging from technical talks to "Meet the Candidates" (a large scale production where presidential candidates were interviewed at Google). My responsibilities ranged from shooting, lighting, audio setup and monitoring, editing, and producing to motion graphics and 3d animation.
