Seth Katz is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Corporate group. Seth’s principal areas of practice are private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate finance and strategic counseling / corporate governance. Experience Seth regularly represents private equity funds as well as public and private companies in connection with their transactional needs and other corporate matters. Seth also has experience representing clients in a number of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, medical products and devices, technology, media/entertainment, industrials, building products, financial institutions and insurance.Publications Seth co-authored an article appearing in a Sidley Private Equity Update entitled: “The Re-emergence of the Financing Condition in Acquisition Agreements?” (2007)Memberships and ActivitiesSeth is a member of the Firm's Retirement Plans Committee.
