I am a PhD-level Applied Experimental Psychologist with expertise in research design, project management and implementation, and data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative research methods and testing a range of populations. I have independent and collaborative experience as a research scientist studying diagnosis, treatment, and recovery related to brain injury and cognition. Currently, I apply this advanced skillset to improving the process for research translation into clinical practice to optimize treatment and outcomes for patients and, specifically, advance the Military Health Systems understanding of Warfighter Brain Health. This includes the use of Implementation Science to carry-out headquarters-driven research for the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence, where I manage and oversee knowledge transition and translation of Defense Health Agency clinical research for the Department of Defense and their stakeholders.
