• Paramount in course development by constructing and presenting briefs for chemical warfare (CWA) training.• Demonstrates expertise knowledge by preparing and running laboratory rotations for synthesis, recognition, detection, decontamination and analysis of CWAs. • Assists program managers (PMs) in course development by continuously creating new reference materials, new lessons and new practical exercises that are implemented into the programs.• Demonstrates mastery experience with synthetic pathways for chemical warfare agents, precursors, and toxic industrial chemicals through construction and support of chemical targets both large scale, laboratory scale and clandestine scale. • Experience with synthesis and handling of homemade explosives (HME)• Supports over a dozen type of different customers which includes weeks to months of travel a year • Expertise knowledge and experience about scientific theory, process implementation, and application of decontamination practices in a chemical warfare environment.• Acts as a reach back support for technical response to real world events with customers.

-Was Responsible for creating lectures, quizzes and exams for the proper material.-Lectured to students and taught labs throughout the week. -Helped out students with any problems they had and maintained all the grading paperwork and organization materials for the class.

I Instructed and prepared three labs a week in the general chemistry area. I also help hours for students and conducted review secessions for course material once a week.
