Report to the Director of the Discovery Center, and provide research administration to various stakeholders across campus. Serve as Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Administrator (IACUC). Oversee office operations and manage agreements, grants, and university events. Develop and maintain the agreement workflow for campus, while maintaining the protocol workflow for the IRB and IACUC. Manage a successful outreach campaign through the development and maintenance of educational videos, handouts, and websites.Before my current position, taught in K-12 schools and higher education. Wrote, edited, and published articles in print, digital, and audio medias. Specialties: Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Digital audio workstations (especially Logic Pro X). Experienced in one-on-one and group training, leading focus groups, and managing colleagues. Special interests in problem solving and implementing process changes. Have attended leadership workshops in order to develop and implement stakeholder focused initiatives.
