My position was responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which was used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes. I was also in charge of performing all torque calculations for any flange, valve, or vessel connection point.

o Performed various engineering calculations as and where required to verify applicable code requirements. Review and approve vendor design calculations. Support and review project drawings, isometrics, BOM, prepared valve and piping packages, and data books.o Supported and performed equipment specification and procurement processes, including RFQ distribution and review, clarification, bid-tabbing and recommendation to clients.o Reviewed mechanical/process/civil/structural drawings and provide quality comments/corrections.o Performed mechanical / process engineering designs (PFD, HMB, detailed P&ID).o Performed process modeling (ProMax) and use the model to provide project design/analyze specific details (i.e., process conditions, line/equipment sizing).o Prepared cost estimates, design specification scopes of work, scheduling and estimations.o Performed mechanical/process engineering tasks (line sizing, valve sizing, material specifications, piping support for developed loads/stresses/moments, etc.).

Performed pipeline inspections including pig tracking and inspection of above ground marker (AGM) stations for clients that included ONEOK, ONE Gas, and TD Williamson.
