I take pride in making sure that I suggest the right person for the job from the Knight Ayton roster - taking into account experience, budget, tone of the event etc. - to ensure the best possible outcome on the day. • Fee negotiations and contract discussions on a daily basis. • Work with all major broadcasters and many top production companies on a disparate range of television and radio programmes.

• Responsible for selling advertising space for an online, digital publication for the defence industry.• Sourcing and acquiring new businesses to form lasting relationships with. • Cold calling at an executive level only of companies with annual turnovers between £1m - £3b (MDs, CEOs, or sales directors for much larger companies). • Part of a tight-knit team but became accustomed to working to targets with an emphasis placed upon individual performance.
