Boutique executive search and interim leadership retained placement firm with a national practice in healthcare; expertise in all facets of the health care continuum, primarily serving hospital systems. Seth, a pioneer and entrepreneur in the health system executive talent acquisition field, built and managed the “in-house” health system executive recruitment model inside a multi-billion dollar integrated health system, and later parlayed this experience to become one of the only executive talent acquisition health care professionals in the country to successfully transition the in-house model to an independent “basement start-up.” Seth successfully partnered and contracted with some of the largest and most recognized health systems across the country, achieving a multi-million dollar revenue stream. Seth sold the firm in 2016, and continued leading the company for five years. Following the sale, Seth grew the client base and expanded into interim leadership placement; further, he successfully navigated the company through the global pandemic and always remained profitable.In July of 2021, exactly five years following the sale of Summit Talent Group, Seth decided to retire early from full-time executive search practice leadership, business development and operations, after 20+ years of service and 500+ executive, leadership and interim placements, and grateful for the incredible clients and candidates encountered along the way.

Directed the recruitment process for the Bon Secours Health System, Inc; managed a team of recruitment professionals that rivaled the best of the leading retained executive search firms. Conducted full cycle search work including stakeholder interviews; job specification development; original candidate research, sourcing, development, recruitment; scheduling; interview team (s) coordination; referencing; assessment testing; offer process; and relocation services.The team has saved over $4m in search fees, placed more than 150 senior and executive leaders, reduced search cycle time and created a data base of thousands of passive executive candidates. Further, sourcing and developing a slate of diverse for each search assignment was guaranteed.Managed all of the human resource recruitment technologies (enterprise platforms and vendors) for applicant tracking, background checks, pre-assessment testing, search engine aggregation and the career website.Bon Secours Health System is a $3b+ Catholic health care system, with more than 20,000 employees in six states operating hospitals and senior services facilities. Independent retained advisor to C-Suite leadership in the areas of talent acquisition and assessment, employee coaching and performance management, succession planning and compensation strategies. Clients included: Symbol Technologies, Peak Technologies, Hand Held Products, Welch Allyn, e-Share and Metastorm. In 2000, joined Metastorm (work flow software services) as VP/Chief Administrative Officer to support the pre-IPO phase.

Responsible for human resources, information technology, training, facilities and fleet services; served as an officer of the corporation. Peak, a NASDQ listed leading distributor of bar code data capture, printing equipment and software solutions with operations throughout the US and Europe, was acquired in June 1997 by Moore Corporation.

Previous positions at Symbol included roles in human resources, quality improvement (Bohemia, NY); marketing communications (Wokingham, United Kingdom). Director - Latin American Operations was based in Boca Raton, FL. Symbol, a $1b NYSE listed company with offices around the world was the global innovator in the bar code data capture and wireless systems industry with market share leadership in the retail and transportation sectors.
