After becoming a Principal of the firm in July 2022, Seth now oversees the Tax Advisory Department. Leveraging his deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s financial complexities, Seth empowers medical practice owners to navigate the unique challenges they face.Since joining the team at Alexander Spencer since 2014 Seth has become a key part of the Alexander Spencer community, specifically focusing on accounting, taxation and business services. With the knowledge and expertise developed over his career, Seth provides expert guidance in all areas of compliance, financial reporting as well as direct and indirect taxation to small, medium and large enterprises in different industries.Seth plays an important role in assisting the growth of Alexander Spencer by overseeing the team of professional accountants. He is a great mentor of accounting professionals within the firm and enjoys helping them setup career pathway and achieve their professional goals.Originally from China, Seth is an active and popular member of his local Chinese community. He is always excited in assisting business owners in his community as he can effectively translate tax compliance terminology to plain language. The clients appreciate his open and regular communication, knowing he takes great care and responsibility in the management of their finances and tax matters.In his spare time Seth enjoys spending time with the family, traveling and playing sports with his two children. He is a keen follower of the Premier League football, with Liverpool being he team of choice. You can often find Seth watching the game at odd hours during the night due to time zone differences!
