Oversaw our Dealer group's ownership transition of an existing Red Wing Shoe store. I was put in charge of all store responsibilities, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff. We saw a positive 3 month YOY sales increase to close out 2022. We have continued this momentum into 2023 by consistently delivering the Ultimate Fit Experience to every customer. I dual managed this location and the Brea location simultaneously. In June 2023, I promoted the new store manager whom I had been training since September 2022 with intentions of filling this role.
