“I may not be smellin’ roses now, but by goodness I am always sniffin'…” I am 2-time stage 4 cancer warrior that believes attitude directly affects what you achieve in this life. 7 years have passed since my last battle with the disease that also knocked me off my last tour working with the band Creed. My company, Rockin’ Wellness, Total Body Nutritional Products was created in 2011. I was determined to bring my two lifelong passions together, Rock & Roll and Health and Wellness. With the support of over 2.5 million people, we are on a mission to make being healthy cool. It feels good to feel good… :)I am a speaker, motivator, and health advocate. Whenever or whatever, I am discussing with folks about health, life, and just making good choices overall in our walk in life. I look at choosing food and supplementation from the eyes of a disease fighter and always ask 3 questions before taking any of these. 1) Does this reduce inflammation in my body? 2) Does this build my immune system? 3) Does this cleanse my body using high antioxidant content to help rid the body of free radicals that cause miscommunication within my cellular network? I have found mostly that "good health" is directly related with making "good choices". We all go through what I like to call “LIFE SITUATIONS” Everyone has had or will have their own.
