Clinical Services Coordinator
Current• Directly responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining a sophisticated monthly “Field Report Card,” an emailed comprehensive report providing performance metrics on clinical measures, operational metrics, patient survey feedback & CPR quality measures• Oversaw our team of 80+ Field Training Officers, providing guidance, leadership, and mentorship through quarterly meetings covering a variety of subjects, including Adult Learning Principles, policy/protocol updates, clinical skills testing, and leadership development.• Coordinate and operate all simulation equipment with the ability to manipulate physiologic data, utilize role-playing props, interpret participant’s responses and make appropriate adjustments based on participant’s actions to provide a realistic learning environment.• Streamlined routine tasks across the department to improve workflow and time-on-task, using intricate automation processes such as LMS compliance reports, Tableau Clinical Time Measures, and FirstPass ePCR auditing.• Ensure the entire employee group’s successful onboarding, orientation, and continuing education• Coordinate the company’s AHA and NAEMT training centers.• Maintain employee certification and educational records.• Function as a professional ambassador to community partners.
