General Manager
CurrentI came back to waiting tables for two and a half years before getting promoted to General Manager of the restaurant in February of 2020. Two weeks later is when COVID-19 hit worldwide and began to shut everything down. So my first task was to assist in keeping business flowing for our now 75 year old home in the wall restaurant. For two months I had us adapt and begin delivering food due to no dine in availability. As the year progressed I began to grow our social media account and advertise for the company as well as I could. My duties now include scheduling, payroll, handling cash flow from customers and for servers, cooking, dishwashing, serving, bussing, orders for food, paper products, drinks, and any other necessities for the restaurant, plus customer satisfaction, handling payments for bills, and much more to upkeep and run the entire restaurant. I enjoy the fast paced environment and customer service I get to be a part of day in and day out.
