Manages and is accountable for All phases of construction from pre-construction to project closeout. While also planning, staffing, organizing, and directing activities relating to projects and All field personnel in a safe and efficient manner.Responsible for project handoff, budgeting, control of purchasing, profit projection, change order processing, scheduling with field and customer personnel, and document control. Also while conducting frequent production job site visits with assigned project superintendent / foreman.Managed the overall activities relating to a clients work performed; including coordinating engineering efforts, estimating g cost, obtaining proper permits, acquiring material, staffing work, performing quality control inspections and closing out documentation and billing in a efficient manner.Routinely meet with appropriate parties to verify their work is being performed in a productive manner and meets the requirements of the clients while insuring that proper and accurate documentation is being maintained on each project, including time keeping, material ordered, safety records, tool records, and changes of any scope of work per contract.Attend pre-bid meetings, job-planning meetings, job progress meetings and provide estimates for projects, as required while producing project proposal books and project presentation information for project interviews.

Responsible for Developing a Project Budget and Tracking the Project Cost from Start to Closeout According to the Company's Contractual Obligations.Responsible for Reviewing and Studying ALL Project documents including Estimates, Design Drawings, Customer Proposals, Change Orders, RFI's, and Contracts.Responsible for Planning and Monitoring ALL Project progress and Meeting with the Superintendents, the General Contractor, and ALL personal needed to Maintain the Project Schedule.Completes ALL Electrical Projects by Supervising Installations and Resolving any and all Design Issues.Plan ALL Electrical Projects by Determining the Specifications ; Selecting Contractors ; Establishing Installation schedules ; Planning Shut-Downs and Installations ; Intergrading Requirements with Architectural and Mechanical Designs ; and Verifying ALL Code Requirements while Updating Cost Estimates.

Responsible for the Daily Task of ALL Supervisors, Foreman, and Sub-Contractor crews that range from 18 - 45 Men Daily.Responsible for managing ALL Electrical Permits from the City, Scheduling all Inspections, and Walking with the Inspectors.Responsible for Reading, Studying, and Revising ALL Blueprints / Plans with the General Contractor and all other Trades to insure we make any necessary Revisions and Changes that may be suitable.Responsible for Scheduling, Ordering, and completing Material Take Offs on ALL Rough In, Trim Out, and Misc. Material assuring that we have the appropriate Material and Man Power needed to meet the Project Schedule.Maintains a SAFE and Healthy work Environment by Establishing, Following, and Enforcing all SAFETY Standards and Procedures while complying with all Codes and Legal Regulations.Responsible for ALL Weekly Safety Meetings, Safety Demonstrations, and Corporate SAFETY Polices making sure that all Job Foreman, Supervisors, and Sub-Crews complete daily and weekly tasks in a timely and SAFE manner.Responsible for completing Daily Logs, Problem and Delay Reports, All Safety Polices and Procedure Reports, and ANY other Daily paperwork or Progress Reports.Responsible for Walking the Job Sites daily and doing a Quality Control check on the Site and Safety as a Whole and making my Own Recommendations and Concerns I see necessary.

Responsible for Coordinating "12-15" 3 Man Crews for ALL Rough Ins, Trim Outs, Service Calls, and Warranty work daily.Responsible for Completing All Work Order bids, Service calls, and Warranty work in the time frame allowed by the General Contractor.Responsible for Completing multiple "Rough Ins" daily, from Custom Homes to Remodels (Laying out all boxes, switches, rec., Lights Panels, etc.) Along with pulling ALL Circuits; ARC Fault, Kitchen, Bathroom, etc. Also pull all Low Voltage cable; Fire Alarm CAT 5 cable / Telephone.Responsible for Completing multiple "Trim Outs" daily from Custom Homes to Track Homes, (Hanging Lights, All Fixtures, All Devices, Complete Panel, Sub Panel, Disconnects, etc.) Along with Completing the "HOT Check" while F Diagnosing and Fixing any problems that may arise.

Responsible for All aspects of Commercial and Industrial Electrical work from Roughing In, to Trimming out anything from small Retail fit ups, to Restaurants and Large scale Hospitals.Responsible for Installing, Maintaining, and Repairing Electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to Ensure that All work is in accordance with relevant codes.Responsible for Installing, Bending, Mounting, and Strapping All Conduit EMT / Rigid / PVC from 1⁄2L'S to 4''.Responsible for Terminating All Conductors in Switch Gear, Panels, Sub Panels, Transformers both 3 Phase and Single Phase power Supply's.Responsible for Pulling and landing ALL Circuit Wires, Feeder Wires, and Phase Conductors correctly while labeling All Circuits (Per.) the Panel Schedule and Blueprints.

Basic Layout of All boxes for Lights, Switches, Fans, Rec. etc.Drill all Holes in Studs and House or Structure for pulling wire.Pull all Wire and Homeruns for entire House on the Rough in stage.Install and Hang Lights, Switches, Fans, Rec. etc. on the Trim Out Stage.Install and Wire all Appliances and make sure they are working Properly.
