I’m a data storyteller. I help key stakeholders solve business challenges by analyzing and synthesizing disparate data sources into a singular, concise reading (a story, if you will) of the current situation, the business implications, and my recommendations. Traditionally trained in quantitative and qualitative research as well as analytics practices, I understand the nuts and bolts of data collection methodologies (and their limitations). I also work closely with sales, strategy, and marketing teams and understand their worlds. Together, these experiences allow me to serve as an important resource for promoting data-fluency and actionable insights in any organization.Through my master's degree in organizational sciences, I have a deep understanding of the mechanics, cultures, and leadership styles that can exist within organizations and am very comfortable working with departments across the company. I possess a systems thinking mentality - making me adept at both understanding the big picture and guiding the critical moves to turn insights into action.Ultimately, my passion lies in moving beyond the “what” to deliver the “why", "so what", and “what next” to my business partners.
