Oversee contracts, ensuring contractor compliance with agency debris operational standards, and coordinating the entire debris removal and monitoring contract process in line with state and federal guidelines. Provide oversight during disaster recovery, collaborating closely with District Debris Managers and working alongside executives to offer situational awareness and operational updates. Build strong partnerships with local, state, and federal elected and appointed officials, essential to support whole community recovery.
