FurnitureDealer.Net is a digital solution for local brick and mortar furniture retailers, providing a website, content, consulting, and the tools to garner a successful digital strategy.I manage the day-to-day needs of furniture retailer clients As their website provider this includes consulting in Digital Strategy, SEO, Ecommerce, Digital Merchandising and Digital Marketing. Working on a wide range of projects through the lens of high level strategic business goals of each individual retailer. I am responsible for the relationships for over half of all accounts and personally manage 32 of 120+ accounts.Internally, I communicate the needs of my clients to the web development team, helping develop FurnitureDealer.Net's platform for furniture retailers and their customers. Conversely, I work with users to train them on FDN's backend tools and troubleshoot any issues they run into.As an independent platform, retailers request development with 3rd Party Apps to grow their online sales and conversion rates. I'm responsible for vetting each App and establishing a win-win-win partnership. I develop the Scope of Work for each project and grow it from an idea to reality. I assist with establishing the on-going process once a 3rd Party App has integrated onto the FDN platform.Each day is unique. I constantly pivot and prioritize projects as they roll in, all the while working through the lens of the high level goals of each retailer and FDN's platform. I train new account managers to learn about their clients on a high level providing direction for the execution of their day-to-day work.

I began in October of 2008 as a bus boy, and became a waiter during the summer of 2010. I am able to bus, wait, wash dishes, stock the line, kitchen prep and more. I still fill in from time to time.
