Was responsible for all personnel decisions of the department including write-ups, performance improvement plans, firing, hiring, and onboarding. Supervised a small group of 6 paraprofessional staff that performed highly transactional and repetitive processes in a department of 35 people. Planned and implemented the overall operational policies, and procedures and managed operations for the department. Headed the design, construction, and outfitting of a semi-autonomous packaging line bringing in the build on time and in budget.

Organized and directed the daily activities of over 10 staff members within the laboratory. Responsible for conducting and overseeing both quality assurance and quality control roles in the organization. Collected, analyzed, and interpreted lab results. Successfully oversaw customer, contracted and FDA audits for a Dietary Supplement facility. Managed and helped develop the response to any findings.
