Traveling to customer sites domestic and international to perform equipment service such as installation, systems disassembling, repair and PM supports for the 200mm and 300mm Endura systems use in the semiconductor industries mainly works in the cleanroom environment.Performing startups Tiers 0 and supporting 1 pre-qualification. Installing hardware and cabling integrations included to cryo pump, chiller, gas lines, turbo pump, main AC, generator rack, system controller and etc.,Systems service consists of electronics, electrical, robotic, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical and high voltage circuit.Working in cramped workspace exposed to mechanical, electrical and/or chemical hazards.Maintaining records, plan scheduling for traveling and reported field activities on a daily basic. Ordered materials and supplies if needed on-site.Build PVD chamber for Endura thin film by installing parts and source assemblies, in the factory when not traveling to customer site.Assisted with senior engineers in functional testing, systems troubleshooting, and final process.Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organized and safe at all times while traveling to and from customer sites. Perform services on motive traction chargers, inverters and rectifiers included upgrade HW/SW, retrofit and repaired components boards’ level done throughout the U.S and international.Assisted with field manager performed commissioning, cabling and hardware’s installation for industrial power supply systems in environments such in power plants, substation, data center, hospitals, oil and gas industry.Completed partial or full dismantling of electronics equipment to replace defective components to restore functionality. Components board level repair.Conducting preventative/corrective maintenance activity, thereby ensuring overall systems are operating in normal conditions. Inspected and tests to verify electrical continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment, circuit breaker, transformer and fixture using DVM, ammeter oscilloscopes and other measuring device to ensure safety of system.Providing fault analysis for RMA and provide reports to client by clearly outlining the root cause problem and corrective actions. Calibrate test equipment such as batcom and other electronic devices.Checked for final inspection on equipment for defects, loose connections, and damaged wires.Setup and conducted testing on RF equipment, UPS, rectifier/charger systems (AC/DC), E-mobility, inverter system (DC/AC) and etc., in the manufacture operations.
