Triple Point Energy delivers the Continuous Energy Improvement (CEI) program with AEP Ohio to Large Industrial Sites. CEI helps participants apply principles and practices of continuous improvement to implement strategic energy management that may help reduce energy usage by 5% to 15% annually with little to no capital investment.My tasks include:Create Monitoring, Targeting, and Reporting Model (MT&R):-Examine two years of energy use data-Examine site specific energy drivers -Determine best regression model to validate energy savings over the CEI implementation periodEnergy Audits and Coaching:-Perform in-depth technical audits to calculate projected energy savings from activities-Prioritize energy savings activities to ensure best results-Explain the details and benefits of each recommendation-Work with clients to ensure activities are implemented and resolve any questions or roadblocksProject Coordination:-Assist in managing 5 separate groups of participants (50+ clients) -Prepare for monthly Workshops, and assist by presenting at Workshops-Review and revise reports-Data analysis

-Most experienced Department of Energy sponsored center, conducting audits for manufacturers-Manage team of energy engineers and lead meetings with corporate and plant management-Identify and recruit clients, communicate with clients, schedule audits-Build relations with local utility companies-Have led 10 ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits with oversight of all final reports
