•Leadership and management of UF Study Abroad Services with responsibility for over 3,000 outbound students per year•Leadership of the Study Abroad Quality Improvement Initiatives including: restructuring Study Abroad Services, improved vetting and contracts for experiential learning abroad, enhanced faculty communications, and new program evaluations•Supervision of office outreach to expand and diversify student participation including marketing, scholarships, recruitment, and application processes•Supervision and oversight of a team of ten full-time professional staff•Direct management of contracting for approximately 80 faculty-led programs in addition to high-level responsibility for the full portfolio of approximately 140 faculty-led UF programs•Faculty-led program development including proposals, itineraries, contracts and implementation with 3rd party providers such as Learn International, WorldStrides, AIFS, DIS, CIS, API, CEPA and SRAS•Development of strategy to correct and reverse exchange imbalances, including monitoring, reporting, and nomination•Management of reciprocal exchange agreements, affiliation agreements, and master agreements•24/7 incident response in conjunction with the UFIC Global Risk Manager•Representative on the UF International Council•Representation of Study Abroad and the International Center in building relationships with colleges, departments, campus centers, the Office of Financial Aid, General Counsel, the Dean of Students Office, and campus development officers

Short term contract facilitated through Gateway International Group, including full leadership and management of the LMU Study Abroad Office. Supervision of four full-time professional staff and oversight of all LMU, affiliate, and exchange programs. Supervision of all education abroad enrollment management processes including marketing, recruitment, application processes, and orientations. Management of of all semester LMU programs, summer faculty-directed programs, and a portfolio of affiliate programs. Development of risk management policies and procedures in conjunction with the Interim Director of International Travel, Health, Safety and Compliance. Individual and group advising for over 100 students participating on fall programs. Negotiation and improvement of transfer credit process for study abroad in partnership with the Registrar. Creation of new Teach Abroad process, allowing streamlined application for faculty to teach on study abroad programs via review from a faculty committee. Creation of a new study abroad program evaluation process in collaboration with faculty.

Management and financial oversight of the Study Abroad Office, including 65+ faculty led programs, purchasing cards, office operational expenditures, scholarship funding administration, and office salaries. Annual management of approximately $5 million in budgets. Supervision of two teams- Finance and Advising. Creation and administration of a $1 million annual scholarship process. Assessment and reporting for all participation numbers, program evaluations, annual reporting, and presentations to departments. Terra Dotta administration and management, including organization of all system materials, SIS integration troubleshooting, creation of the International Travel Gateway, and project leadership in the creation of a payment gateway. Management of faculty led programs from proposal to departure. Incident response requiring 24/7 on-call support for outgoing and incoming students.

Entry of gifts and pledges into Advance database and management of the CONVIO gift system, processing all online gifts to NC State.

Data entry and records management including sensitive information for donors, students, parents, and others connected to NC State.

Financial operations management and oversight in expanding family business from backyard swimming lessons to a $250,000 renovated facility with approximately $700,000 in annual revenue. Hiring, payroll, annual reviews, and general operations management. Maintained responsibilities concurrently with Assistant/Associate Director positions at NC State until selling the business.
