The Head of Generation is accountable for delivering AGL Macquarie’s Liddell Power Station’s (2000MW) Business goals and objectives – Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental, Regulatory and Compliance obligations, Engagement, Industrial Relations matters, Cost Discipline (Opex, Capex & Rehab), Operational targets etc., Head of Generation reported to General Manager GM - Bayswater Liddell Power Stations who in turn reported to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Coordinate on Transitional matters and deputizing for GM. There are about 270 direct and approximately 150 contractors working at the Station and only 1% stations operate in this age profile. Additional responsibilities include:- Chair to AGL Macquarie’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council- Senior Leader for Hunter Integrated Industrial Energy Hub (Liddell 2.0)- Nursing an ageing station, transitioning and integrating peopleKey Achievements- Developed a High-Performance team by focusing on improving culture which is well known as the pride of the Corporation- Exceeded annual Key Performance Indicators consistently eg. Nil SIF/SIFp, Employee engagement of 82%, actual costs favourable to budget by 17%, Operational performance -NAAG of up to 10TWh & EAF of 87%- Regular updates presented to AGL Energy Board, CEO, COO & IE Leadership team on Liddell - Risks & Controls, Plan on a Page, HSE progress, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy & performance, Sweet Spot Operation etc.- Host high profile visits for dignitaries such as Andrew Forest (FFI), Media, Federal & State Ministers, COOs from overseas/interstate and Community members on Energy Hubs

Reporting to the Head of Operations – Was accountable for the safe day-to-day operation of Bayswater Power Station (2640MW) and later Liddell Power Station. Interact with the Wholesale Market team, Fuel supplies, Engineering and maintenance teams to meet the operational goals of the business. Initially, reported to the Power Station Manager – Managed the Operations and Maintenance of the power station with staff numbers of about 350 and contractors of over 200. Key Achievements:- Led the Corporation in Enterprise Bargaining Negotiations (EBA) five times which involved a heavily unionised work force and delivered significant value- Established a culture of ‘One Team’ and a Risk Management frame work across stations which significantly reduced disputes, improved ownership and overall performance- Advised and led the Merger and Acquisition (due diligence, sale, and the purchasing process) of Macquarie Generation by AGL Energy and subsequent integration

The Jamnagar manufacturing division of RPL is the world's largest refining hub. The entire refining complex was built in a record time at globally competitive capital costs. With crude processing capacity of 1.24 million Barrels Per Stream Day (BPSD), the Jamnagar refinery is a trendsetter and has won several awards, including the prestigious 'International Refiner of The Year' award. It also enjoys the distinction of housing some of the world's largest units, such as the Fluidised Catalytic Cracker (FCC), Coker, Alkylation, Paraxylene, Polypropylene, Refinery off gas (ROG) cracker and Pet coke gasification plants.Fuels from Jamnagar refinery are exported to several countries across the world. This complex refinery is future ready and can produce gasoline and diesel of any grade. Additional responsibilities include:- Strategizing steady state operations, reliability and exploring refinery expansion optionsKey Achievements:- Reporting to the Vice President of CES, was responsible for leading a team that developed and commissioned all Electrical Installations in 71 substations -on time, on budget and well before schedule
