In support of the Talent Management Team for a multi-Federal Agency cybersecurity project:• Managed staffing data strategy as the program grew from 150 bodies to over 700, automating nearly all manual data collection and storage. This strategy incorporated the centralization of disparate data sources and platforms into relational databases and the automation of cleaning scripts in R. • Designed and oversaw Agile development of an updated Candidate Management System in ServiceNow for integrated on-boarding.• Developed detailed staffing templates for upcoming contract modifications in Excel, allowing team members to easily integrate projections for upcoming labor. • Designed and built comprehensive Talent dashboard in Tableau to allow program leadership to understand hiring, resource allocation, absorption, attrition, and other vital statistics at a glance. Dashboard is accompanied by monthly analysis of labor forecasts for program leadership.• Redesigned and managed program's Resource Allocation strategy, developing and integrating both technical solutions and business processes to minimize overallocation across the program. • Completed overhaul of Federal Suitability Data collection process, storage methodology, and reporting techniques, culminating in a master Suitability dashboard in Tableau. • Managed programmatic data clean-up efforts in ServiceNow and other databases to ensure quality of reporting dashboards referenced above. Designed program-wide data architecture to incorporate future all program meta-data into a single relational database.

Developed high-dimensional statistical models to predict relative movements of asset futures in dozens of emerging and developed global markets.
