■Build out cash forecasts and cash management models■ Develop budgets and forecasts, working with stakeholders to establish future expenses and projected growth■ Create direct-to-consumer reports and metrics, and work with the DTC Manager to apply new knowledge tocompany forecast■ Analyze year-over-year metrics and work with upper management to understand variances

-Expand responsibilities to include managing finances of the company and implementing budgets, policies, and procedures-Maintain duties from previous positions

-Produce annual forecasts and projections-Assist in selecting and implementing employee health insurance-Oversee audits-Implement new human resources information system-Maintain duties from previous position

-Complete bank reconciliations-Conduct month-end accounting cycle-Manage accounts payable-Complete city and state taxes-Execute payroll

-Perform internal audits on 11 residential properties on a monthly basis-Complete payroll, bank reconciliation and close out month ends-Work with the general ledger, income statement and balance sheet to reconcile account activity on a monthly basis-Transfer large amounts of money in a timely manner between companies and accounts-Work daily with various departments and positions, including accounts payable, property managers and regional managers

-Maintain annual income statements and expense reports-Build and maintain custom Microsoft Access database for client information and invoices-Interact with clients in a customer service role, responding to emails and phone calls-Communicate regularly with insurance companies, gathering information on denied claims and requesting payment for unpaid bills
