About Seth Pike
Selling educational textbooks door-to-door on the East Coast for 80+ hrs/week as a college summer job was my first exposure to the world of sales. The mission of that company was actually not to sell the most books, but "To help young people develop the skills and character they need to achieve their goals in life." I loved that mission and went on to become a Sales Leader for The Southwestern Co. after college for 4 years.Since then, I have been a director in non-profit Christian ministry, sold large acreage land in the mountains, managed and helped grow a Keller Willams office from 3 agents to 50+ agents during the great recession of 2008 - 2010, and then started my own real estate firm. Building a team that has sold over 400 properties and $100m of sales. I have sold everything ranging from stinky, backwoods trailers to 4-million-dollar waterfront estates. Through it all, I have always gotten way more fired-up about coaching and training others reach their business and life goals than I do achieving my own. While my day-to-day work has thankfully changed a lot since hustling door-to-door in the east coast humidity, selling books to very direct, fast-talking New Yorkers - my professional passion has essentially remained the same: Both in sales and in the Church, I love helping others develop the character and skills they need to achieve their mission!I've also climbed and skied down a lot of big mountains, surfed waves all over the pacific, and crawled out of an avalanche on my stomach in the snow for over 5hrs - with my left knee completely torn apart and my leg dragging behind me. Most importantly, I am a husband, father, and follower of Jesus. In everything I do, I am continually pursuing my own character and skill improvement so I can bring more glory to God and be of valuable use to my family, friends, community, and business team. This life is a journey and a crazy adventure. I'm trying to follow a path of living it to the fullest while helping a bunch of others do the same along the way.
