Within less than 1 year generated 45% increase in revenue for fiscal end of 2022. Revenue is up an additional 65% for 2023. Reversed the labour expenditure that was over double the budget in 2022 to being under budget in 2023.

Built and developed a successful small format digital division at Mi5 from scratch that was operating one small colour printer, that now includes 6 high speed colour and B&W printers in less than 2 years. Increased print volumes from less than 2000 colour pages per month to 4 million colour pages per year. Integrated variable one to one marketing applications in to the portfolio of offerings using XMPie as the data management tool.
